Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Hybrid – travel to services required
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE + £3,500 car allowance + mileage
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
We’re recruiting for a passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join a dedicated Clinical Team and help transform lives through expert assessment, treatment, and support.
The Role
You’ll work across a variety of settings—including children’s and adult residential homes, secure children’s homes, and educational environments—delivering high-quality assessments, creating tailored treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical teams, senior management, education staff, and external professionals to help individuals reach their full communication potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed assessments to identify communication barriers.

Create and deliver personalised treatment plans.
*
Provide evidence-based interventions for both adults and children.
*
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high clinical standards.
*
Support educational outcomes by working alongside school teams.
*
Maintain clear, evidence-based documentation.
About You:
*
Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
*
HCPC registration.
*
Previous experience in both children’s and adults’ residential care settings.
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
*
Full UK driving licence (essential).
