Are you a communicator, life enhancer, and supporter? Our client is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join their team in Surrey. This role involves working with students who have severe social communication difficulties and complex learning disabilities, many of whom have autism. You'll play a crucial role in helping these students achieve independence and improve their communication skills. This Speech and Language Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £54,000 depending on experience. The role provides the opportunity to work term-time only, with flexibility for part-time arrangements. Our client is a specialist trust dedicated to supporting young people with complex needs. They operate on a beautiful site in Surrey with expansive grounds, providing a supportive and collaborative environment for both students and staff. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will: Devise, develop, and implement therapy for individuals and small groups. Manage a caseload of approximately 18 students, setting termly targets. Assess students upon admission and conduct annual reviews. Supervise Therapy Assistants. Work within a multidisciplinary team alongside Occupational Therapists, Dramatherapists, and Music Therapists.Package and Benefits: For the Speech and Language Therapist role, the package includes: Annual salary ranging from £32,000 to £54,000.
