Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Longfield, Kent
Salary: £26,354 – £29,053 per annum (Actual), depending on experience (£29,146 – £32,130 FTE)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Term Time + 3 weeks inset (part-time hours available)
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible

The Role
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:

Deliver high-quality therapy interventions to support pupils with speech, language, and communication difficulties.

Work closely with teaching staff, support staff, and families to ensure strategies are effectively embedded in the classroom and at home.

Carry out assessments, create tailored therapy plans, and monitor progress.

Provide training, advice, and guidance to colleagues to help create a communication-friendly environment.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:

Is a qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered or working towards registration).

Has experience working with children and young people with communication needs.
