Splash Park Attendant - Seasonal (April to September)
Location: Lee-on-the-Solent & Stokes Bay, Gosport
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: £13.26
Wild Recruitment are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Splash Park Attendant to join our Client for the 2026 season. You'll be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation and upkeep of our two popular splash parks at Lee‑on‑the‑Solent and Stokes Bay.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining safe and welcoming public spaces, and is confident working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Opening and closing the splash parks each day
Carrying out daily cleaning to ensure the parks remain clean, safe, and inviting
Completing daily inspections to maintain health & safety compliance
Performing routine pump‑room maintenance
Monitoring water quality throughout the day
Ensuring all water features are functioning correctly
General grounds maintenance, including weeding, pruning, planting, and grass cuttingRequirements
Full UK Driving Licence
Access to a vehicle with business insurance (travel between sites is required)
A valid DBS check
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards
