We are working with one of the UK’s most celebrated events businesses to recruit a high-performing Sales Manager for a flagship lifestyle and interiors exhibition. The Opportunity
The client is seeking a commercially astute and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire a talented sales team. This is a senior sales role where you will drive revenue through exhibitor stand sales, sponsorship packages, and brand activations, while shaping the commercial strategy for one of the UK’s most iconic events.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, coaching and motivating your team to exceed targets, and collaborating with internal marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless delivery of commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets.

Drive sales across sponsorship, exhibitor stands, and bespoke brand activations.
*
Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise profitability and growth.
*
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
*
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to team members.
*
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure aligned commercial activity and delivery excellence.
*
Analyse sales performance metrics to identify opportunities and optimise results.
*
Represent the client at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
Candidate Profile
*
Proven experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams in events, exhibitions, or media sales.
*
Demonstrable track record of exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
*
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders.
*
Strategic, commercially minded, and able to identify new business opportunities.
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*
Experience in lifestyle, interiors, or consumer-facing sectors is advantageous.
*
Energetic, resilient, and results-oriented.
What’s on Offer

Competitive base salary: £50,000 – £60,000

£20,000 uncapped OTE
