The Role – Sports TA
This Sports TA role requires a committed and energetic individual to support students within a PRU/SEN setting. You will be working with children who have SEMH needs and/or ASD, using physical activity and structured sports sessions to help with engagement, focus, and emotional regulation. As a Sports TA, you’ll work closely with teaching staff and the behaviour support team, delivering small-group and 1:1 support. The ideal candidate may have previous experience in a SEN or PRU school, or come from a background such as youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, or outreach.

This PRU/SEN provision is located in Islington and supports students aged 7–16 who have found mainstream education challenging. The team is passionate about transforming lives through positive relationships and consistent, nurturing support.
