Are you an energetic, confident Sports Coach / Behaviour Mentor with a passion for using sport to motivate and support young people?
About the role
We’re looking for a full-time Sports Coach / Behaviour Mentor to work in a primary school setting, providing daytime behaviour support across KS1 and KS2, followed by leading after-school sports sessions 2–3 times per week. As a Sports Coach / Behaviour Mentor, you’ll work 1:1 and with small groups to manage behaviour, encourage participation, and model positive routines. You’ll also deliver engaging, active after-school sessions that promote teamwork and wellbeing.
This Sports Coach / Behaviour Mentor role is ideal for someone with experience in youth work, coaching, or SEMH settings. You’ll be working closely with the pastoral team, SENCO, and class teachers to create a safe, structured environment for pupils to thrive.
