TeachMatch is searching for an energetic, motivational, and adaptable Sports Coach to support one of our partner schools from January 2026. Your Role

Lead engaging, inclusive, and varied sports sessions for primary-aged pupils

Build strong, positive relationships that boost confidence, participation, and teamwork

Support pupils with additional social, emotional, or behavioural needs in small-group or whole-class settings

Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain consistent routines

Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and a healthy, active lifestyle

Help create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment for all pupils

What We're Looking For

Experience delivering sports coaching to children or young people

A positive, patient, and motivational approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience with SEND, SEMH, or behaviour support is highly desirable

Passion for helping children overcome challenges and develop both physically and emotionally
