Sports Coach / Cover Supervisor Pathway – Mansfield
£90 – £120 per day | Immediate Start | Teacher Training Route
Education Personnel are recruiting Sports Coaches in the Mansfield area who are looking to take the next step into education as a Cover Supervisor or future teacher.
If you’ve got experience coaching, leading groups, or working with young people — this is your opportunity to step into the classroom and build a long-term career in teaching.
The Role:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects (not just PE)
* Use your coaching skills to engage, motivate and manage behaviour
* Support students across KS3 and KS4
* Gain hands-on classroom experience in supportive secondary schools
* Build a pathway into teacher training or long-term school roles
Ideal Background:
* Sports Coach / PE Coach / Fitness Instructor / Team Leader
* Experience working with young people (schools, clubs, academies)
* Confident leading groups and managing behaviour
* Positive, energetic and resilient personality
* Considering a future in teaching or education
