Are you a passionate Sports Coach looking to use your skills in a truly rewarding environment? We are recruiting permanent Sports Coaches to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding specialist school supporting pupils aged 2–19 yearswith a range of learning difficulties.
This is a unique opportunity to combine your love of sport with meaningful impact—helping young people develop confidence, coordination, and life skills through physical activity.

⚽ The Role
* Deliver engaging, inclusive sports sessions tailored to individual needs
* Support pupils’ physical development, teamwork, and confidence
* Adapt activities to suit a wide range of abilities and behaviours
* Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to support holistic development
* Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
💡 Who We’re Looking For
* Background in sports coaching, PE, or physical activity delivery
* Experience in SEN or SEMH settings is highly desirable
* Candidates with care/support work experience are encouraged to apply
* Personal experience with SEN (e.g. family) is valued
* Energetic, patient, and resilient with a genuine passion for supporting young people
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
