Are you passionate about making a positive impact on pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)? Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Sports Coach to work in a supportive school environment in Worcester on a full-time basis, starting immediately!

About the Role:
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with the PE Lead to deliver engaging sports activities and support the planning and execution of physical education sessions. Additionally, you may be required to assist in lessons across other subjects where needed, providing a flexible and holistic approach to student support. Your role will help foster confidence, social skills, and emotional well-being among pupils with SEMH and SEND, creating a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with pupils with SEMH and SEND
Ability to work collaboratively with the PE Lead and teaching staff
Strong communication, patience, and empathy
Relevant sports coaching or teaching qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 PE, SEND, or SEMH training)
