Holloway Coaching Ltd is a leading children’s sports company dedicated to inspiring young athletes and promoting active lifestyles through fun, engaging sports programs. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Full-Time Sports Coach to join our team and help foster a love for sports in children of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver engaging, age-appropriate coaching sessions for children, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and having fun.
*
Design and implement training programs that support physical development and promote good sportsmanship.
*
Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment for children to learn and grow.
*
Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
*
Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure a positive experience.
*
Organize and participate in sports events, competitions, and activities for children.
*
Maintain equipment and ensure a safe and clean environment at all times.
*
Continuously develop your coaching skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
*
Previous experience coaching children in sports (preferably in a group setting).
*
Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., Level 1/2 Coaching Certification, First Aid/CPR).
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage children in a fun, educational way.
*
Passion for working with children and helping them develop both in sport and in life.
*
Ability to manage groups of children and adapt sessions to meet varying skill levels.
*
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
*
A friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
*
Experience working in a children’s sports or educational environment.
*
Knowledge of child development and sports education strategies.
*
First Aid and safeguarding certification.
