Are you passionate about making a positive impact on pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs? Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Sports Coach to work in a Alternative Provision school in Worcester on a full-time basis, starting in September 2025.

About the Role:
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with the P.E Lead to deliver engaging sports activities and support the planning and execution of physical education sessions. Additionally, you may be required to assist in lessons across other subjects where needed. Your role will help foster confidence, social skills, and emotional well-being among pupils with SEMH needs, creating a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with pupils with Schildren or young people, preferably those with SEND/SEMH
Ability to work collaboratively with the P.E Lead and other teaching staff
Strong communication, patience, and empathy
Relevant sports coaching or teaching qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 PE, SEND, or SEMH training)
