The Role – Sports Graduate
We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sports Graduate to join a supportive all-through SEMH school in Lambeth. This role involves working with students across both primary and secondary phases who have social, emotional, and mental health needs such as anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-related behaviours.
As a Sports Graduate, you will use sport and structured physical activities to build trust, promote engagement, and encourage emotional regulation. You’ll provide focused 1:1 support and lead small group sessions aimed at developing teamwork, communication, and resilience.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people (in a school, coaching, or community setting) and a genuine passion for using sport as a therapeutic and motivational tool. Your calm, consistent, and positive approach will be key in helping students thrive both socially and academically.
