Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant – Monmouth

As a Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role both in the classroom and during physical education sessions. We are seeking a Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant who:
Holds a degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related subject
Has a genuine interest in working with young people aged 7–16 with SEMH needs
Demonstrates empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting individual needs
Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and resilience to every day in school life
Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships with pupils and staff
Is eager to learn and committed to their own professional development
