About the Role
Strategy Education is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded college in Kensington who are seeking a dedicated Sports Learning Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about education and sport to support young learners in achieving their full academic and athletic potential.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting students with additional learning needs, both in the classroom and during practical sporting activities.
Responsibilities

Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to students across sports and academic lessons.

Assist in the preparation and delivery of practical sports sessions, including equipment set-up.
*
Encourage positive participation, confidence, and skill development in learners.
*
Support students with varying learning needs, helping them to access all areas of the curriculum.
*
Work collaboratively with teachers, coaches, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
*
Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience supporting young people in an educational or sports environment.
*
A genuine passion for sport and student development.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Patient, proactive, and supportive approach to learning.
*
Relevant qualification in sports, education, or support work (desirable but not essential).
