The Role – Sports Mentor
Qualiteach are seeking a confident and proactive Sports Mentor to join an SEMH provision for secondary-aged students. The role involves working closely with young people aged 11–16 who present with social, emotional and mental health needs, delivering structured sports and mentoring sessions to build trust, motivation and resilience. You must be confident managing challenging behaviour, able to model positive relationships and comfortable supporting students both inside and outside the classroom — including transporting them off-site when required.

Located in a well-supported SEMH provision with on-site parking and strong leadership, the school caters for secondary students with complex emotional needs and behaviour that challenges.
