Job Description
We are seeking a committed Sports SEN TA to support pupils with autism, SEN, and SEMH needs, helping them regulate emotions and stay physically active through sport.
Responsibilities:
Support students with autism, ADHD, and learning needs
Manage challenging/aggressive behaviour calmly and safely
Promote physical fitness and emotional regulation
Assist in PE, sensory play, and movement-based activities
Work 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence and focus
Help pupils develop communication, social, and life skills
Support with emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEMH)
You'll Need:
Energy, patience, and resilience
A passion for sport and inclusive education
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Experience with SEN or behaviour support (preferred)
A genuine desire to help young people thrive
