Job Title: Spray Line Operative
Location: Leicestershire
Hours: 6am to 2pm Mon to Fri OR 2:30pm to 12:30pm Mon to Thurs
Pay Rate: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturer of architectural joinery products is looking for a skilled and reliable Spray Line Operative to join their production team.
This hands-on role involves preparing and finishing timber-based products using automated and manual spray equipment, ensuring all items meet required quality and finish standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate spray line machinery to apply paint, lacquer, or primer to joinery products
Prepare components for spraying, including sanding and masking
Monitor spray quality, finish consistency, and drying times
Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of spray equipment and work area
Work to daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
Follow health & safety and COSHH regulations in all tasksWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience in a spray-finishing, paint line, or similar production role (wood product experience desirable)
Understanding of finishing techniques and surface preparation
Familiar with spray guns, automated lines, or paint booths
Attention to detail and commitment to quality finish
Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learnInterested?
