Job Description
Apex Resources have an open position for Spray Painter/Blaster in Livingston. It is Temp 2 Perm role through Apex Resources.
* Full time, 39 hours a week
* Monday to Friday
* Pay £15.37/hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating within the applicable health and safety and environmental legislation and safe systems of work in relation to the type of work undertaken
* Ensure all spray painting is carried out within the Paint Spray Booth to company standards.
* Provide blasting as and when required.
* Ensure the paint booth operations you undertake are carried out in line with Health and Safety legislation and company standards.
* Ensure all painting of metal is to the required paint finish and thickness to provide the necessary key for paint adhesion.
* Assist in all painting and cleaning requirements.
* Ensure any spray-painting requirements are carried out under the direction of the Production Manager.
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of spray-painting work practices and shot blasting requirements.
* Good knowledge of an industrial factory layout.
