Hours: Monday to Friday
My client is looking for a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join their team at a modern, purpose-built paint shop in Glenrothes. This is a full-time, workshop-based role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare machinery surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
Carry out repair and paintwork to a high standard.
Mix, match, and apply paint accurately.
Fit decals and livery to manufacturer specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.About You:
Time-served, qualified spray painter with proven workshop experience.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines.What’s on Offer:
£18 per hour, plus overtime and bonus opportunities.
39-hour basic week (Monday–Friday).
30–35 days annual leave (increasing with service).
