Job Description
Our client is a specialist joinery manufacturer seeking an experienced Sprayer / French Polisher to join our production team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and finishing of bespoke joinery including furniture, doors and wall panelling
* Application of AC, PU and FR paints and clear lacquers to a consistently high standard
* Working as part of a small, experienced team to meet production deadlines
* Maintaining quality and finish standards in line with client expectations
About You
* Proven experience in spraying and/or French polishing within a joinery or similar manufacturing environment
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Reliable, team-oriented and comfortable working to tight timelines
Package & Terms
* £14.80 per hour + 5% monthly attendance bonus
* Full-time, Permanent (Temp-to-Perm option available)
