This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and respected grower, producing premium soft fruit across a 50-hectare site of glasshouses and polytunnels.
You'll play a key role in maintaining healthy, high-performing crops and supporting the success of one of the UK's most advanced soft fruit operations.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the crop remains healthy and disease-free throughout the growing cycle-from planting to harvest.
Day to day, you'll:
Operate self-propelled and self-retracting sprayers to apply crop protection products.
Walk the crop regularly, monitoring for pests, disease, and changes in plant condition.
Keep accurate spray and treatment records in line with compliance standards.
Report any plant health issues to the growing team promptly.
Support general crop husbandry and site maintenance tasks.
Be flexible with working hours-spraying often takes place in the evenings or at night to protect the crop.About You
Experience working in a commercial horticultural or agricultural environment.
PA1 and PA6A certificates preferred (training provided if you've worked in commercial plant production but haven't had the opportunity to qualify yet)
Hands-on and proactive, with a keen eye for detail
Confident working independently and under pressure
Flexible, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards.
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
