Automotive Paint Sprayers & Preppers/Polishers
📍 Hampshire
💰 £24-£26 per hour (Ltd company) - Outside IR35
📅 6+ Month Contract
🕒 Various shifts available
We're working with a high-end automotive manufacturer specialising in carbon fibre and precision-engineered components, supplying into the performance and luxury vehicle sector.
Due to increased demand, we're looking for experienced:
* Paint Sprayers
* Preppers / Polishers
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of carbon fibre and automotive parts to a high standard
* Paint spraying using industry-standard techniques
* Polishing and finishing to high end quality levels
* Working within a fast-paced, high-spec production environment
✅ Requirements:
* Proven experience in automotive, motorsport, or aerospace paint spraying or prepping/polishing
* Experience with carbon fibre components (highly desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to work shifts
* Must have right to work in UK
