We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused individual to operate our clients Cefla Mito spraying machine. This is a hands-on role ensuring high-quality paint finishes on products, with opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain paint stock, consumables, and machine performance
* Set up, operate, and clean down spraying machine
* Weigh samples to ensure correct paint application (grams/m²)
* Change paints as required
* Sand, prep, and clean products prior to painting
* Load/unload machine and scan items through the process
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
* Experience in spraying (machine or hand) with water-based paints (desirable)
* Previous machine operation experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Team player, proactive, and safety conscious
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm (3-day weekends every week!)
Location: Durham
