Job Description
Unite People are working with a specialist civils contractor to hire a Site Supervisor, overseeing drainage & externals works on a new build commercial scheme.
The project involves Supervision of a Groundworks and utilities teams who are delivering drainage, kerbing, bolt boxes, service trenches, block paving, utilities and lighting.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
* Supervision of construction activity onsite, overseeing works are carried out in a safe manor.
* Checking quality of works carried out by groundworks and utilities gangs.
* Carrying out inductions for site staff
* Liaising with the principal contractor providing progress updates.
* Taking photos and recording diaries.
Skills/ qualifications & experience
* CSCS Card
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* First Aid is preferred
