Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for somebody to develop a career within financial services and are inviting applications for the position of SSAS Administrator. This role is based in our Liverpool offices working on a hybrid basis. Full training will be provided and there will be an opportunity to study towards a professional qualification with full study support provided.

A snapshot of your day:

  * Work as part of a team to deliver accurate work in a timely fashion to your colleagues

  * Arrange for incoming post to be scanned onto our internal system and allocated to the correct person

  * Maintain scheme records on our internal administration system and other systems as required

  * Complete paper-based and electronic forms in line with set processes

  * Deal with banks and other financial institutions to obtain relevant information

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  * As a minimum, GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C / 5 or higher

  * Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is desirable, strong IT skills essential

  * High levels of integrity and confidentiality as you will be dealing with sensitive information

  * As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to take a short written tests to assess Numerical Checking, Numerical Reasoning, Numerical Computation and Grammar & Spelling
