Job Description
DCT Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced SSSTS Mechanical Fitter to join our client’s team based in Deeside, working on the Shotton Mill project.
Location: Deeside, Shotton Mill
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, Dayshift: 07:00 – 19:00 (£30 per hour, CIS) 1h unpaid break
Nightshift: 19:00 – 07:00 (£40 per hour, CIS) 1h unpaid break
Start Date: Immediate
Role Overview:
As an SSSTS Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical fitting tasks in line with project requirements and health and safety standards. You will work closely with site management to ensure all mechanical installations are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements:
Valid SSSTS certification (Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme)
Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter within an industrial or construction environment
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site procedures
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexible approach to working day or night shifts as required
