Job Description
Our client is currently seeking an SSSTS Site Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis in Newport.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising civil and concrete works on-site, ensuring high standards of safety and quality
Overseeing daily site operations and coordinating with team members to achieve project goals
Managing and conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Liaising with the project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitoring the progress of work and providing regular updates
Job Requirements:
SSSTS Certificate
Solid experience supervising civil and concrete works
Knowledge of CPCS/NPORS or plant operations is beneficial
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
