Staff Nurse (Day shifts)

 £48,000 per annum

 Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and deliver person-centred care plans.
Administer medication, dressings, and manage clinical needs safely.
Liaise with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
 About You
Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience working in a care home setting.
