The Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will work as part of a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality nursing and personal care to residents. You'll use your clinical knowledge and compassionate approach to ensure care is person-centred, safe, and promotes independence and dignity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering direct nursing care and clinical support to residents
Working closely with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
Administering medication safely and effectively
Supporting residents' wellbeing and promoting a positive living environment
Maintaining accurate care records and documentation in line with best practice and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For:
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid PIN
Previous experience in a care home or similar nursing setting is desirable
Excellent clinical, communication, and organisational skills
A caring, compassionate, and patient-centred approach to care
Commitment to professional development and high standards of practice
