About the Role: As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, specialist care alongside a well-established multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing advanced clinical care, including tracheostomy and ventilator support
Contributing to the supervision and development of junior nursing staff
Participating actively in training and CPD to enhance clinical skills
Ensuring compliance with all clinical governance and documentation standards
