Stakeholder Engagement Manager – hybrid London – 6 months - £(Apply online only)inIR35)
This role be hybrid with 2 days on site in London per week.
You will be eligible for basic security clearance checks.
You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships with external organisations, local communities and individuals in support of the successful progress of the programme. The role will directly support the work to obtain the consents and third-party agreements needed to successfully deliver the programme.
Essential experience:
Experience of supporting engagement within the planning and other consent regimes.
A clear understanding of issues pertaining to project development and familiarity with the requirements of authorisation processes such as the Town Country Planning Act, listed building consent, Development Consent Orders, Transport Works Act applications or other relevant consent processes.
Experience leading stakeholder-facing/ relationships.
Experience developing stakeholder maps and stakeholder engagement strategies and plans.
Experience of managing specialist consultants.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
High degree of accuracy in executing work.
Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, prepare responses/narratives quickly and clearly and use personal initiative.
Good interpersonal and networking skills, and highly articulate team player.
Familiarity with using various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Desirable
Working knowledge of MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive. Experience in writing briefing papers.
Experience of working on large, complex major programmes
