Join our dynamic programme team as a Stakeholder Lead and play a vital role in shaping the future of the energy industry! Reporting to the Programme Director, you will be the driving force behind proactive engagement and management of key stakeholders, ensuring that our programme objectives are met with precision and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Stakeholder Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Stakeholder Management: Establish and nurture effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the company, Industry, and Government.
Strategy Design: Craft and implement a tailored stakeholder strategy for the team, mapping communication needs and preferred methods.
Industry Insight: Collaborate closely with team members and external agencies to gather insights on industry perspectives related to distributed energy visibility and access.
Support Initiatives: Assist the team in engaging with key programme dependencies, ensuring the successful delivery of the Programme.
Presentation Creation: Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, publications, and stakeholder events that resonate with our audience.
Stakeholder Tracking: Maintain an internal stakeholder map, log interactions in our CRM tool (Salesforce), and derive actionable insights.
Communication: Draft and share internal and external communications regarding the Programme, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Email Management: Assist with the management of the Programme email account, addressing inbound requests efficiently.About You:
We're seeking individuals who:
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills-you know how to convey ideas clearly and effectively!
Can navigate complex stakeholder environments with finesse, building productive relationships while reporting on engagements.
Have experience managing stakeholders within a complex programme environment, ideally in an Agile or Transformation setting.
Are familiar with working with external stakeholders in the energy industry and/or have experience with DESNZ/Ofgem to insure you understand industry thinking.What's in it for You?
