Static Fabric Engineer – Camberley - £38/43K - Apply today
My client are a M&E Engineering company who have been established for over 45 years and currently employ over 150 staff, providing all M&E Solutions to their blue chip client base.
A position has now become available for a static electrically biased M&E engineer to be based at a prestigious shopping Centre in Camberley, Surrey.
The Role :
You will be working on the following on a daily basis across the shopping centre:
Planned Preventive Maintenance (mostly lighting maintenance and fire alarm weekly bell checks) to work on a mobile basis across their commercial property portfolios.
Painting & Decorating
Plaster Repairs
Roofing Repairs
Flat Roof Repairs (Basic lead work only)
External door and window replacements
Emergency glazing
Minor plumbing repairs
Long term and permanent position for the right person.
THE PACKAGE
£38/43k dependant on EXP
40 hour week 8 till 5 mon to fri
Uniform, Tablet, phone all provided as well as comprehensive induction training
lots of overtime available on the site.
20 days per annum (April to March) plus 8 bank holidays (28 days total)
