Job Description
Are you a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer with a background in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems? We're looking for a versatile, multi-skilled professional to join our client's static maintenance team in Sedgefield. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, this could be your next great opportunity.
Benefits:
Competitive salary package - £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 40 hours
33 days annual holidays including bank holidays

Training and development opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:
Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Conduct inspections and resolve potential issues proactively.
Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs across various systems.
Maintain documentation and comply with safety and regulatory standards.Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC disciplines (e.g., 18th Edition, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3).
Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience (including HVAC and plumbing knowledge).
Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
