Static Painter & Decorator
Location: Euston Square, London
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (dependent on experience) + package + pension
Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service)
A leading hard services FM maintenance contractor, specialising in Air Conditioning, Commercial Heating, and Building Services within healthcare facilities, is expanding its team due to continued contract growth. We are seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team and support projects across student accommodation and communal areas.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out painting and decorating services within commercial buildings, particularly student accommodation and communal areas.
Conduct surveys to assess required works, including timelines and materials needed.
Provide assistance to on-site engineers when required.
Perform basic carpentry tasks such as floor matching and hanging doors.Requirements
Proven experience in painting and decorating within commercial buildings.
Relevant painting and decorating qualifications; IPAF certification is advantageous.
Must be within a commutable distance of Euston Square.
Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.Benefits
