Steel Fabricator Welder
Location: Scunthorpe
Pay Rate: £16.00ph
Hours: Flexible Shifts
Temp to Perm
We are recruiting for an experianced structural steel fabricator welder to join a busy well established Structural steel company based in Scunthorpe
Job Role:
* Fabricate and weld structural steel to engineering drawings
* Carry out MIG welding to a high standard
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Assemble and prepare steel components for production
* Use fabrication tools and machinery safely and effectively
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets
Requirements:
* Proven experience in strutural steel fabrication
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience with MIG welding (coded welding advantageous)
* Strong attention to detail and quality of work
* Good understanding of health & safety in a fabrication environment
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
* Flexibility to work overtime when required
