Overview We are seeking skilled and dedicated Steel Fitters to join our team for a short-term project in Sevenoaks. This opportunity involves critical bridge repair and rail work, scheduled from the 29th to the 31st of August. Responsibilities
Perform bridge repair and rail work, including drilling out rivets and overplating.
Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete assigned tasks.Qualifications
Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) Card is required.
PASMA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Proven experience in steel fitting, particularly in bridge repairs or rail work.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Day-to-Day
Work 10-hour shifts (day or night) with full pay for the duration of the shift.
Engage in hands-on steel fitting tasks, focusing on drilling out rivets and overplating.
Operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
