Location: Manchester | Start: ASAP | Rate: Competitive | Type: Ongoing Contract
Building Careers UK are currently recruiting for an experienced Steel Fixer on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor. This is a long-term opportunity on a major project in the Northwest.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 in Steel Fixing (essential)
Ability to read and work from site drawings
Experience with prefabricated steel systems
Valid CSCS card
Own tools & PPE
Checkable referencesDuties:
Prefabrication of steel reinforcement
Installation of prefab steel for columns, ground beams, and precast walls
