We are looking for an experienced/competent Stick Welder (MMA/SMAW), choice of shifts Days Noons or once settled in you could choose to go to Nights all optional. There is plenty of overtime available most do 1 or 2 hours on the end of each shift and we ask for weekend overtime to be shared out so currently everyone does two weekends per month (6 hours on a Saturday or Sunday) but more if you would like more.
Starting hourly rates therefore vary depending on shifts and overtime from £14.41 (Days) to £28.82 (Sundays) plus weekly shift allowance £167 for Noons and £209 for nights on top of this there is also a Team related bonus of either 5 or 10% of total monthly earnings including bonus and overtime .. for the past 6 months they have all been achieving maximum bonus.
This is a fully employed position with 33 days holiday, job security and prospects.
