Job Description
2 x Stick Welders – £18 per hour – Immediate Start
We’re looking for an experienced two Stick Welders to join our clients team on a busy construction/industrial site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled welder who takes pride in their work and is looking for steady hours and a great rate of pay.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Stick Welder in construction or industrial environments.
* Valid CSCS Card (essential).
* Relevant welding qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or coded welding certs).
* Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and health & safety procedures.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Physically fit, adaptable, and reliable.
* Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Coded Welder certification (BS EN ISO 9606-1).
* IPAF, PASMA, or other site access training.
* Experience with other welding methods (MIG, TIG).
Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
* Friday: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate:
* £18 per hour PAYE
