Job Description
Taskmaster Resources currently have an excellent opportunity for experienced Stock Checker to join our client in Sheffield, S35 area.
This role involves overseeing the efficient and accurate tracking, booking-in, identification and put away of goods delivered to site.
Key duties include:
* Complete the final line of defence Checking of finished products before they are shipped out to the customer.
* Safe use of equipment; appropriate use of expensive/highly complex equipment e.g. Pallet Stacker
* Collection, authorization of supplier delivery notes.
* Accurate inspection of delivered goods as per delivery note.
* Filing of the notes.
* Use of MRP systems to investigate stock discrepancies.
* Labelling and relocating stock.
* Demonstrate own activities to new or less experienced employees – supports induction on new starters.
* Ensuring Goods in area is kept clean & tidy at all times.
Pay Rate : £12.70
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:00
