MMP Consultancy is seeking x2 Stock Condition Surveyors on behalf of a Local Authority based in Hampshire. This is an interim 3-month ongoing contract with an hourly rate of £40ph over a 37 hour working week. Candidates can work from home 2 days per week in this position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive stock condition surveys across the council's properties, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records are maintained.
Responsibilities
Carry out stock condition surveys across Council-owned residential properties
Accurately record survey data using digital systems and technology
Assess building condition and identify remedial works
Apply HHSRS knowledge in identifying and recording hazards
Work collaboratively with the wider Property Services teamRequirements:
Proven experience in stock condition surveying
Strong building surveying knowledge
A recognised HHSRS qualification
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence and competence in using digital technology for surveys and reporting
