A prominent building consultancy is seeking a Residential/Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Working in the leading consultancy, you will play a key role in delivering Stock Condition Surveys and EPC assessments across social housing properties nationwide. This is a high-volume role involving UK-wide travel and offers long-term career development across multiple ongoing projects.

Survey Types: Stock Condition Surveys & EPCs

Hours: Full-TimeWhat they're Looking For:
A strong technical foundation in stock condition surveying
Experience conducting EPC assessments, HHSRS audits, and assessing property compliance
A Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification is highly desirable (training can be provided if not currently held)
Willingness to travel nationally and manage a high survey volume workload
Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
Willingness to stay away (Primarily in the North of England)What We Offer:
