Our Property Consultancy is seeking a Residential Surveyor / Stock Condition Surveyor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field-based data collection, stock condition surveys, and EPC assessments
Support survey management and coordinate with fieldwork managers
Liaise with data analysts and the wider consultancy team
Carry out reinspections, QA checks, and site visits
Handle confidential data and contribute to asset management insights
Complete Decent Homes and HHSRS assessments and validations
Assist with resolving surveyor-related issues or client complaintsSkills & Experience
Qualification such as ONC/HND in Construction/Building or RICS/CIOB membership (highly desirable)
Sound knowledge of asset management, compliance, and statutory best practices
Additional compliance qualifications (DEA, FPA, NEBOSH, P402/405) are desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication skills
Experience with databases, digital survey tools, and data analysisProjects are primarily London-based, though travel to other regions may be required depending on project allocation.
