This company is seeking an **Operation Support Analyst** or **Stock Control Administrator** to join their fast-paced and growing Operations Team. This role involves working one day at the weekend, the working rota will be either Tues - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. Please do not apply if you cannot work one day at the weekend. Hours will be either 9-5 or 10-6.00.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct regular cyclical counts and investigate stock loss issues and discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Manage inventory of finished goods and accessories, ensuring seamless stock control within the warehouse.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and PowerPoint to provide actionable insights.
- Support logistical and receipting processes, working closely with the Supply Chain and Warehouse Planners to resolve system errors.
- Collaborate with warehouse management and the inventory team to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Take a strategic approach to planning inventory, identifying future constraints, and optimising systems and processes.

- A strong aptitude for numeracy and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
