Job Description
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to work for a packaging company based in Leicester.
This is a permanent position direct with our client
The Job:
Working as part of the factory/warehouse team overseeing the companies stock.
Regular stock checking which will be counting and checking various stock items.
Putting away new deliveries
Updating stock amounts on computer systems
Using Microsoft Excel to complete various reports
Helping with deliveries and moving stock around factory
Operating a forklift if you have certification
Hours of work are 8 hours per day - Start Time is 7am
Salary is negotiable depending on your experience
The person:
Previous stock taking or stock control control experience is required
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good mathematical skills
If you have experience of using a forklift, this would be an advantage
Good team player and able to work on own initiative
