Job Description
Stock Controller – Nottingham | £28,000 per annum | Permanent Role
A leading logistics company based in Nottingham is seeking a Stock Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock integrity across a variety of customers within the site.
Please note: The recruitment process includes a two-stage interview, including a practical assessment.
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Shift pattern:
* 06:00am – 14:00pm
* 14:00pm – 22:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately manage and monitor stock levels across the fulfilment centre
* Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
* Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems
* Escalate any issues or discrepancies to management
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in stock control or inventory management
* Background in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Good numerical and analytical skills
* Reliable, self-motivated, and well-organised
