Job Description
A Stock Controller is sought to join an innovative engineering team in High Wycombe, contributing to the organisation, control, and availability of materials required for electronic device manufacturing.
The Stock Controller, High Wycombe, will play a vital role in supporting production efficiency by maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing incoming shipments, and ensuring materials are stocked and accessible. This role requires attention to detail, familiarity with warehouse and inventory processes, and the ability to undertake limited heavy lifting when required.
Responsibilities include:
Stock production shelves with materials in an organised manner to ensure accessibility for production teams.
Receive shipments, check for accuracy, and store materials in designated areas.
Monitor material levels and report any discrepancies or shortages that may impact production.
Move heavy items by pallet truck when required.
Collaborate with colleagues to support efficient production operations.
Use MS Excel to track stock levels, identify shortages, and notify management of requirements.
The Stock Controller, High Wycombe, will have the following key skills:
Strong understanding of inventory and stock management processes.
Ability to undertake limited heavy lifting and safely operate pallet trucks.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures in a warehouse setting.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
